What greater impact could be had? Josh was drawn to this challenge. He is energized when helping high-capacity individuals discover their creative purpose and grow to their maximum impact in that calling. Josh and the rest of the Arkos team, are passionate about fueling our clients and team to align their values with their resources so they experience greater joy, the greater community, and greater influence.

Josh’s professional experience spans over 25 years, where he has served in the wealth management industry and as a ministry leader at some of the largest churches in America. Josh obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University. He is a thought leader and public speaker in the areas of mentorship and the development of young leaders.

Josh and his wife, Stacey, reside in San Antonio with their three sons. They are actively involved in their church and in Intentional Ministries, where Josh serves as Founder and President. He is a member on the Strong Missions’ Board and has previously served on the Advisory Counsel for NCF – Central Texas and for several other non-profit organizations. Josh is a Texan through and through, he admits he consumes an unhealthy amount of Dr. Pepper daily, loves to fish, golf and hunt when the opportunities arise and, last but not least, is a proud Aggie football fan.
